It all started in 1995 when I stumbled upon my first siberian husky, Zacke. With him as 'the peanut' everything slowly came into place. My interest in the breed grew bigger when meeting the owner of kennel IGAIS tassar, Annika Gustafsson in 1997. I went to my first SPHK show in 1998 and I started taking photos of all the dogs that were shown and I believe I learned a lot about what the siberian husky should look like. In the year of 2000 I already knew I'd like to breed my own dogs, but lacking a good broodbitch put my dream on hold for a little bit longer.
Annika took me to my first race in Långberget and I started my race-career with two dogs in front of the sled. Later I got to borrow four dogs from Annika in a race and I was stuck! I new that someday I wanted my own team and here I am today!!
In 2004, Pya came into my life and the hopes that she would become a very good sleddog came true. My kennelprefix was approved in the autumn of 2006 and the first litter at kennel Shejrix was planned. In 2007 Pya was mated to Fenrisulven Fox, and in the beginning of June, 8 adorable little puppies came into the world. That's the beginning of my story...
